The property overlooks tennis courts and the bowling green, and is a 2 minute walk from the village amenities including a selection of local shops and welcoming pubs and restaurants.
Larick House is comfortable and spacious set in its own grounds with plenty of off road private parking. Secure storage is available for bicycles, golf clubs, ski gear and other sporting equipment.
The accommodation, on the ground floor, has 1 double and 1 twin with ensuite shower rooms and 1 double with private facilities on the 1st floor.
Each room offers tea/coffee making facilities and has individually controlled radiators. The TV lounge is cosy with an oil fired stove. The breakfast dining area has patio doors overlooking a large garden that is frequented by red squirrels, birds and other wildlife. Hearty breakfasts are offered with vegetarian options. It is a non-smoking establishment. Pets are welcome by arrangement, please do not forget his or her blanket or basket.
